Rising housing prices and the inflation we are seeing in today’s economic environment only increase the demand for quality affordable housing options for families. Unlike many of the affordable housing asset classes like Multi-Family Apartments, our tenants own their house which translates to pride of ownership and upkeep of the homes. Furthermore, the cost of moving a mobile home can range from $7K –$10K which means most tenants don’t move out of the community staying decades vs. a few year making returns reliably consistent.
